ALITA is a product of BirrPay Inc. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our managed AI assistant platform.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, subscribe to our service, or communicate with us. This includes your name, email address, billing information, and usage data. We also collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and device identifiers to improve our service and ensure security. Your AI assistant interactions, files, and data within your container are yours and are not used to train AI models.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the ALITA service, process transactions, send service-related communications, and ensure the security of your account. We analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve our platform but do not access individual container data unless required for technical support with your explicit consent.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in isolated, encrypted Kubernetes pods hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Each user receives their own dedicated pod with persistent storage, ensuring complete data isolation. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We perform regular backups with retention policies. Our infrastructure is protected by Cloudflare for DDoS mitigation and edge security.
Third-Party Services
ALITA integrates with third-party services to provide its functionality. These include Anthropic and OpenRouter (AI model routing), OpenClaw (agent runtime), Cloudflare (security and CDN), Stripe (payment processing), and Clerk (authentication). Each third-party service has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export all your data from your ALITA container. You may request account deletion, which will permanently remove your container and all associated data within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to restrict processing.
