Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ALITA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

ALITA is a managed AI assistant platform that provides each user with a dedicated, isolated computing environment powered by large language models. Capabilities include email management, calendar scheduling, web research, browser automation, file management, code development, and third-party integrations.

You must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with fraudulent or incomplete information.

ALITA is $9.99/month, billed monthly through Stripe. New users receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel any time from the Customer Portal in your dashboard before the next billing cycle. Refunds for the current billing period are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You agree not to use ALITA for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Sending spam or phishing content
• Distributing malware or engaging in cyberattacks
• Attempting to access other users' containers
• Mining cryptocurrency or running unauthorized workloads
• Hosting illegal content or facilitating harassment

You retain all rights to your data, files, and content stored within your ALITA container.

AI-generated content produced by your assistant is yours to use as you see fit, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers (Anthropic, OpenRouter).

The ALITA name, logo, and documentation are the intellectual property of AlitaGPT and its licensors. "OpenClaw" is an open-source project used under license.

ALITA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for actions taken by AI assistants that result in unintended consequences.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination your access is revoked and your container is scheduled for deletion.

You may export all your data before termination. We retain no copies after the deletion window (30 days).
